Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using the network, you accept these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. You may not use the service if you are subject to sanctions, or located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials and proxy access details confidential, and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately at support@froxproxy.com if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not resell, sublicense or share access unless we have agreed in writing.

4. Services

We provide access to proxy IP addresses — residential, ISP, mobile and datacenter — delivered as prepaid packages or fixed-term subscriptions. Specific IPs are assigned at our discretion and may change on renewal or replacement. Some capacity is sourced from upstream providers.

5. Account credit and billing

Purchases are made using account credit, which you add by card or cryptocurrency, or by paying for an order directly. Key terms:

• Credit is denominated in USD and applies only to froxproxy services.
• Credit is not legal tender, earns no interest, and is not transferable between accounts.
• Prices are shown before purchase and charged when you confirm the order.
• Cryptocurrency payments are credited once the network confirms them; under- or over-payments are handled case by case.
• Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Renewals

Services have a fixed term. Where you enable auto-extend, we renew the service before expiry and deduct the cost from your account credit. If credit is insufficient the renewal fails and the service may lapse. You can disable auto-extend at any time in the dashboard.

6. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Breach may result in suspension or termination without refund. You are solely responsible for the legality of your activity and for complying with the terms of any site or service you access through our network.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9% network uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, and factors outside our control may cause interruptions. Success rates against any particular target are not guaranteed — third parties may block or restrict proxy traffic at any time.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, suspected fraud, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time; see the Refund Policy for what is refundable. On termination, access ends immediately and remaining service time is forfeited unless a refund applies.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content or data, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which froxproxy is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
