General
What is a proxy server?
A proxy server is an intermediary that forwards your internet requests through a different IP address. The target website sees the proxy's IP instead of yours, which lets you access geo-restricted content, avoid rate limits, and collect data at scale without exposing your own address.
Is using proxies legal?
Yes, using proxies is legal in most jurisdictions. Proxies are standard tools for privacy, security testing, market research and data collection. You are responsible for using them in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the sites you access.
What protocols do you support?
All proxies support HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, so they work with virtually any browser, scraper, automation framework or custom application.
How do I authenticate?
You can authenticate by username and password or by whitelisting your server's IP address. Both methods are managed from your dashboard and can be changed at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT for private, borderless payments.
Residential Proxies
What is a residential proxy?
A residential proxy routes your traffic through a real device on a home internet connection assigned by an ISP. Because the IP belongs to a genuine consumer, target sites treat the request as an ordinary visitor, making residential proxies far harder to detect or block than datacenter IPs.
How does residential proxy pricing work?
Residential proxies are billed per gigabyte of traffic used, starting at $2.50/GB with volume discounts. There are no per-IP fees and no limits on the number of concurrent connections or IPs you rotate through.
Can I target a specific city or ISP?
Yes. You can target by country, state, city, and ASN (ISP). Targeting is set per request via the proxy username parameters, so you can mix locations across a single plan.
ISP Proxies
What is an ISP proxy?
An ISP proxy (also called a static residential proxy) is an IP address issued by an internet service provider but hosted on fast datacenter servers. It carries the trust of a residential IP with the speed and stability of a datacenter connection.
How are ISP proxies different from residential proxies?
ISP proxies are static — the same IP stays assigned to you and offers unlimited bandwidth billed per proxy per month. Rotating residential proxies draw from a large shared pool and are billed per GB. ISP is best when you need a stable, fast, trusted IP for long sessions.
Is bandwidth really unlimited?
Yes. ISP proxies are billed per proxy per month with no bandwidth cap, which makes them cost-effective for high-volume, long-running workloads.
Mobile Proxies
What is a mobile proxy?
A mobile proxy routes traffic through a real mobile device connected to a 4G or 5G carrier network. Because mobile carriers rotate a small number of IPs across huge numbers of subscribers (carrier-grade NAT), blocking a mobile IP risks blocking thousands of legitimate users — so sites rarely do.
Why are mobile proxies the hardest to detect?
Mobile IPs are shared among thousands of real people at once, so activity from a mobile proxy is indistinguishable from ordinary subscriber traffic. This shared trust is why mobile proxies are the preferred choice for social media and other high-detection targets.
How does IP rotation work?
You can rotate the IP on demand via an API link, or set an automatic rotation interval. Each rotation pulls a fresh IP from the carrier pool.
Datacenter Proxies
What is a datacenter proxy?
A datacenter proxy is an IP hosted in a data center rather than tied to an ISP or mobile carrier. Datacenter proxies are the fastest and cheapest option, ideal for high-volume tasks against sites that do not aggressively fingerprint IP origin.
When should I use datacenter over residential proxies?
Choose datacenter proxies for speed and cost when your targets do not block datacenter IP ranges — for example SEO monitoring, testing, or scraping open data. Use residential or ISP proxies for targets that detect and block datacenter origins.
Are the IPs dedicated?
We offer both. Dedicated IPs are assigned solely to you for maximum reliability; shared IPs are cheaper and pooled across users. Both come with unlimited bandwidth.
